Isomer in action
Ministry of Health (MOH) - moh.gov.sg
Multiple large collections supported
Ministery sites typically house extensive collections of articles and publications. Isomer now supports this requirement with our new collection layout. This feature enables users to filter content both chronologically and by category, enhancing the overall user experience and content accessibility.
Dynamic elements does not imply good user experience
By migrating to Isomer, MOH had the opportunity to reassess their site layout and components, critically evaluating the necessity of certain elements.
For instance, the bill amount information section, which allows users to estimate potential hospital bills by searching for specific body parts, was identified as an area for improvement. It was discovered that this feature had a slow loading time, taking approximately 20 seconds to fully load per search.
Upon review, it was determined that this component could be more effectively replaced with a collection. This new approach presents data more clearly and allows users to filter by either the code (typically provided by doctors) or the body parts directly. This change not only improves the user experience but also enhances the overall performance of the site.
